Shiba Inu Officially Crossed the 1M Holders Mark

Shib Inu has officially surpassed the 1 million full holders mark earlier today

Earlier today, Shiba Inu surpassed the 1 million full holders mark and reached a remarkable milestone that will be remembered forever. Since its launch in January, the coin has become a dominant force in the altcoin segment.

The ‘Dogecoin killer‘ that SHIB described itself as, stayed true to its name and reached that successfully, where SHIB grew +1200% during the second half of 2021, while Doge remained stagnant which made of Shiba Inu the talk of the town and a hot topic for investors that stool Dogecoin spotlight overnight

In the third quarter of the year, the number of holders grew exponentially, outpacing the other coins in the market, as investors with a sense of ‘fear of missing out‘ jumped in on the Shiba Inu bandwagon after it spiked +900% in October.

After only two years of its inception, SHIB was widely accepted as a payment method by a variety of companies and one of the latest additions to this list is AMC Theatres and they will accept the dog-themed coin in four months. Furthermore, NOW Payments accepts Shiba Inu as well as a few cafes globally as Brazilian and Argentine real estate agencies have confirmed they accept SHIBs for customers purchasing apartments.

SHIB has become the hottest cryptocurrency of 2021 as a result of all these developments. Moreover, a report from ICO analytics showed that the meme-token is considered the most used coin online, this made SHIB able to surpass Bitcoin and Ethereum during the second half of the year.

Shiba Inu, according to investors, is just getting started. Nonetheless, given its sharp drop in income in third-quarter, we wouldn’t be shocked if Robinhood includes SHIB, which is the most talked about subject in the crypto sphere and the trading platform is turning the other way
