Atos’ CFO Will Leave the Company After its Split

CFO Lobito leaves French tech company Atos after seeking to separate business

French information technology company Atos announced the departure of its chief financial officer, Stephane Lobito, days after it revealed a plan to separate its business and sell its poorly received assets, noting that Lobito will leave during the second half of this year, and will be succeeded by Natalie Sinicholt, 49, who is his current deputy.

Atos announced the departure of Bellmer on June 14, after sources close to the company revealed disagreements between him and the rest of the board of directors regarding the fate of the BDS cybersecurity unit, as he wanted to sell this division while the rest of the board wanted to keep it. the company sharply.

Atos also plans to separate the BDS division and merge it with its service business, and the remainder of the company will include the notoriously losing IT Infrastructure Management Services division.

In a statement, Atos said that the separation of the group’s business will lead to a complete restructuring of the company and its financial division, noting the appointment of the new CFOs I mentioned earlier for its two businesses: Anil Agrawal for the BDS division and Evidian Digital, and Darren Pilcher for the remaining business, New Atos.

In a press release, Bellmer stated that Lobito’s departure from the group during the second half of the year will coincide with the process of separation of the company’s divisions.
